The FGM pack aims to raise awareness of the practice of Female Genital Mutilation and to inform young people of the facts and issues as well as explore the attitudes around FGM. 
 
The Lesson Plans will help young people explore and define what is FGM while looking at not only the direct impact and consequences of becoming a victim of FGM but also the impact of being at risk of FGM and the impact to the wider family, friends and society. Young people will also learn how to be a supportive friend and where to go to for support.
